IT Specialist (m/f/d)

SMP GmbH is a testing laboratory accredited to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 that offers a comprehensive range of services related to cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization processes. We support medical device manufacturers in launching new products as well as in conducting regular testing of products and equipment in everyday hospital and clinic settings.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for motivated and qualified individuals to join us as IT Specialists (m/f/d).

Here are the tasks you can expect

• Administration, rollout, and maintenance of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and the ERP system
• Pre-configuration of hardware for staff using a mobile management system (e.g., Intune)
• Providing IT consulting and handling IT tickets
• Training the workforce
• Supporting the digitization of the laboratory workflow
• Developing process-oriented solutions using standard tools/IDEs (e.g., VBA, Power Platform)

Here’s what we’re looking for in you

• You’re someone who enjoys demonstrating your skills and knowledge through creative solutions and is ready for a new challenge
• You have completed vocational training or a degree in an IT-related field, such as IT specialist, systems electronics technician, systems integrator, computer scientist, or have comparable professional experience
• You hold a Microsoft certification in the Microsoft 365 segment (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified Enterprise Administrator Expert)
• You are a strong communicator and enjoy continuously optimizing and developing new products
• You are accustomed to working in a solution-oriented and precise manner
