Master students (m/f/d) for final thesis or internship semester

SMP GmbH is a DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 accredited testing laboratory with a comprehensive range of services relating to cleaning, disinfection and sterilization processes. We support manufacturers of medical devices with the introduction of new products as well as with regular testing of reprocessing processes in hospitals and practices.

We currently have interesting topics for final theses or practical semesters.

Your tasks

• Participation in the concept phase and feasibility study of subject areas (e.g. further development of methods in the microbiology laboratory, establishment of methods for cleaning and disinfection validation, method development analytics)
• Development of theoretical principles
• Carrying out practical tests and deriving recommendations for action
• Calculation of economic feasibility, preparation of documentation
• Selecting test equipment and recommending suppliers

• Degree in life science, microbiology or medical technology
• Basic knowledge in the field of cleaning technology
