SMP GmbH is a DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 accredited testing laboratory with a comprehensive range of services covering all aspects of cleaning, disinfection and sterilization processes. We support manufacturers of medical devices with the introduction of new products as well as with regular testing of products and devices in hospitals and medical practices.

To strengthen our validation team, we are looking for motivated and qualified personalities as employees (m/f/d) for scheduling at the Tübingen site or in mobile working.

Your tasks

• Independent planning and coordination of our validators' assignments throughout Germany.
• Allocation of appointments and routes, taking into account customer requirements, geographical conditions and efficiency.
• Communicating with customers to coordinate appointments and queries.
• Maintaining and using our merchandise management system to map deployment planning and process recurring maintenance cycles.
• Close cooperation with the technical field service and sales department

Your profile

• Organizational talent and strong communication skills.
• Confident handling of digital tools and merchandise management systems.
• Independent and structured way of working.
• Reliability.
• Desirable: Experience in scheduling, ideally in a technical or medical environment.
• Knowledge of technical and scientific fields is an advantage. However, we are also happy to give career changers a chance.
